The House Tour is designed to be a self-guided tour. Advance ticket holders will check in at Germanic-American Institute (301 Summit Avenue) and will receive a House Tour guidebook. The guidebook will serve as your entry to the event and will contain a map and information on each of the homes on the tour. 

Tickets are now sold out! There will not be additional tickets available the day of the event.

To access the homes on the tour, you will need to first check in at our tent at 301 Summit Avenue (Germanic-American Institute). You will receive a House Tour guidebook which will serve as your access pass for all the homes.

Please have your confirmation email pulled up while in line, as it will speed up the check in process.

VIP ticket holders will pick up their tickets at the Summit Manor (275 Summit).

With the tour completely sold out, you may see people offering tickets for sale or transfer through Facebook and other social media platforms.

If you are considering purchasing a ticket from someone else, please use caution and fully vet the seller before sending any money. Unfortunately, ticket scams can happen, and we have no way to verify or guarantee tickets purchased outside of our official ticketing system.

If you choose to purchase a ticket from another individual, buyer beware. We strongly recommend taking steps to verify that the ticket is legitimate before completing your purchase.

Tickets are non-refundable. The tour is a rain or shine event. All spaces will be open and events will go on regardless of the weather, and bus transport will be available to all tourgoers.

There are many places to park throughout the surrounding residential streets. Please observe all posted parking regulations and help us be good neighbors by treating the surrounding homes and properties with respect.

You are welcome to bike, walk, or drive to homes along the tour. There will also be a free shuttle service, running every 10-15 minutes along the route.

Shuttle routes will be posted on the event website closer to the date, will be available in your tour guidebook, and will be posted at each shuttle stop.

To protect the floors, we will require visitors to remove their shoes at each home. A tote bag to carry your shoes will be included with your ticket, and booties will be provided. We suggest you wear comfortable walking shoes that are easy to remove.

A map within the tour guidebook will show designated rest areas on the tour route.

Please ask the tour volunteers at each house if photos are allowed.
