  • The House Tour is designed to be a self-guided tour. Advance ticket holders will check in at Mitchell Hamline School of Law (corner of Summit Ave. & Victoria St.) and will receive a House Tour guidebook. A limited quantity of day-of tickets will be for sale as well. The guidebook will serve as your entry to the event and will contain a map and information on each of the homes on the tour.

To access the homes on the tour, you will need to first check in at our tent on the corner of Summit Ave. & Victoria St. (William Mitchell School of Law). You will receive a House Tour guidebook which will serve as your access pass for all the homes.

Please have your confirmation email pulled up while in line, as it will speed up the check in process. This year we will be operating separate lines for pre-paid ticket collections and day-of sales.

  • Tickets are non-refundable. The tour is a rain or shine event. All spaces will be open and events will go on regardless of the weather, and bus transport will be available to all tourgoers.

  • There are many places to park throughout the residential areas of the neighborhood. There is a paid lot on the corner of Grand and Victoria avenues, with the entrance on Victoria. Several areas within the neighborhood are permit-parking only, and we caution you to watch for those areas to avoid being ticketed. If you choose to park in the neighborhood, please use respectful behavior.

  • You are welcome to bike, walk, or drive to homes along the tour. There will also be a free shuttle service, running every 10-15 minutes along the route.

Shuttle routes will be posted on the event website closer to the date, will be available in your tour guidebook, and will be posted at each shuttle stop.

  • To protect the floors at each of our homes, we will provide shoe covers to use at each home. We suggest you wear comfortable walking shoes to navigate stairs and that accommodate wearing bootie-type shoe covers.

  • A map within the tour guidebook will show designated rest areas on the tour route.

  • Please ask the tour volunteers at each house if photos are allowed.
